PAUL CAPPELLI

Paul has produced noteworthy and effective work for some of the world’s most demanding brands, including mike’s hard lemonade, JetBlue Airways, Alitalia Airlines, Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, General Electric, Gillette and Pepsi, and gained industry-wide recognition and numerous awards for his work.

He drives the strategic and creative direction for all Ad Store clients and has directed a good number of The Ad Store’s television commercials. Paul was the creative force behind Coca-Cola’s advertising throughout the late ‘80s and early ‘90s at McCann-Erickson (“Catch the Wave,” “Max Headroom”) where he was also creative director for L’Oreal, RJ Reynolds and Mennen.

Paul won his first Clio at BBDO, where he worked on Pepsi, Gillette and General Electric. Before founding The Ad Store he was the Executive Creative Director at AC&R Advertising, overseeing work for Estee Lauder, Seiko, Foot Locker, Aruba and many other accounts.

He started in the mailroom at Ally & Gargano.


TINA BAGAPOR-O’HARROW
President


Tina has held the position of President of The Ad Store for over 12 years.

Under her leadership, the agency has delivered award-winning creative for a wide array of clients, including The DC Lottery, The Department of Agriculture, The Department of Homeland Security, The Afghan Red Crescent, The Food and Drug Administration, The National Institute of Health, The San Francisco and Washington, DC Departments of Health, The Girl Scouts, The US Air Force and the National Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Before launching The Ad Store in Washington, D.C. Tina was Vice President of Advertising for Ringling Bros. and Disney On Ice. In her role with the world’s largest producer of live family entertainment, she was responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, promotions and advertising campaigns.


MARC PASCUCCI
Account Supervisor


A member of The Ad Store team since 2003, Marc has serviced accounts in a wide range of categories including online retail, entertainment, pharmaceutical, travel & hospitality, education and specialty foods.

Prior to joining The Ad Store, Marc was a client of the agency as head of marketing for Loews Cineplex Entertainment, then one of the largest movie theater circuits in the U.S. There, he was instrumental in the development and implementation of all circuit-wide marketing campaigns, encompassing hundreds of theatre locations in more than a dozen major markets.

A graduate of Boston College, Marc started his career as a film publicist for Allied Advertising of Boston. He then went on to work as the Midwest Director of Promotions for Universal Pictures in Cincinnati, which led to a position as motion picture account supervisor at Solomon Friedman Advertising in Detroit. He has lived in New York City since 1993.
